Info Point
The official LongLake Festival Info Point is located at the red container “Lugano Scintilla” inside Parco Ciani.
The Info Point is much more than a help desk, but a place where culture, art and creativity come together for a unique and engaging experience. Here you can ask for information on all the events scheduled and suggestions for your stay in Lugano as well as purchase local products and branded gadgets.
Accessibility
The LongLake Festival area is fully accessible to wheelchair users.
For ticketed events, persons with disabilities with an accompanying person may purchase a single full-price ticket on the pre-sale platform ticketing.ch or at the evening box office, by announcing themselves by email at [email protected].
For all events, people with disabilities will be entitled to a seat close to the stage, by announcing themselves by email at [email protected].

Parco Ciani is easily accessible by public transport of the City of Lugano.

Food & Drink
Inside Parco Ciani there will be food trucks serving food and drinks; payments can be made by cash.
Inside Boschetto there will be a bar serving water, beer and soft drinks; payments can be made by cash. A few metres from Parco Ciani, at the mouth of the river Cassarate, Lugano Marittima offers food and drinks; payments can be made by card, Twint, cash, Bitcoin and LVGA.
Inside Parco Ciani there are several drinking water fountains marked on the Festival map.
