Pilar Vega is a Swiss R&B / Neo Soul singer of Caribbean origin. She grew up in Ticino and currently lives in Zurich, but people are starting to talk about her all over Switzerland as well as in Italy, France and Germany. Pilar doesn’t want to label herself as a simple R&B singer and songwriter because she feels the need to push the boundaries of her by collaborating with a wide range of talents and genres. In 2019, for example, she was involved in two very different songs: “Slowdown” (with Tatum Rush), “Romeo 6” and “Redemption” (with Cella). Each track is accompanied by her sensual voice and her strongly feminine lyrics. In 2020 Pilar released the singles “Crème”, “La Boca”, “Glow” (chosen by Swiss radios as the best song of the month for February 2021) and “Manipule”. She recently released her first EP titled “Women” which was broadcast on BBC Radio, Global Soul Radio and Couleur 3.
