Massimo Zamboni was born in Reggio in Emilia-Romagna region in 1957. He is a musician, songwriter and writer. He was the guitarist and composer of the Italian punk rock group Cccp and Csi, before pursuing a solo career. He published “Il mio primo dopoguerra. Cronache sulle macerie: Berlino Ovest, Beirut, Mostar”, (2005) “Emilia parabolica. Qua una volta era tutto mare” (2002), “In Mongolia in Retromarcia” (2009), “Prove tecniche di resurrezione” (2011), “L’eco di uno sparo” (2015), “Anime galleggianti. Dalla pianura al mare tagliando per i campi” (La nave di Teseo, 2016), together with Vasco Brondi and “La trionferà” (Einaudi 2021).
