Francesca Borghi is President of NRI – graduated in guitar at the Accademia di Musica Moderna in Modena, after a period of volunteering in South Africa at the ‘Music Therapy Community Clinic’, she trained as a music therapist at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh following the Nordoff-Robbins model. After a decade of experience in the UK at Nordoff Robbins UK which led her to work in various contexts (autism, forensic psychiatry, oncology and paediatric neurology, dementia, severe disability) She founded NRI together with the rest of the team in June 2022.
Francesca is passionate about music and innovation, and focused on creating new opportunities to make music to transform and enrich people’s lives.
